The Society’s AGM will
- review 2022’s activities and finances
- elect new committee members
The AGM will be held in-person at NPL and online on Zoom. It will last at most 1 hour.
Candidates for the committee will be announced following an awareness and training session on 19 April 2023.
Registration is free, and all members are encouraged to attend.

Tour of NPL
For everyone attending in person, a tour of NPL’s Low Field Facility will be available on the day. A tour of other relevant facilities will be available on request, but the following day.
The Low Field Facility is particularly suited to sensitive magnetic measurements. The lab features a cancellation system in which the ambient magnetic field can be reduced to sub-nT levels and is used for calibration of magnetometers as well as measurement of magnetic signature of materials, components, and systems primarily for space and defence applications.
